Ordering
What's the minimum order?
24 pieces per design. Bigger runs bring the price per shirt down.
How many shirts should I order for a first drop?
Around 25 with a simple one-color design is a good start. Weight your sizes toward M and L, with fewer at the extremes. It keeps upfront cost low while you see what sells.
How do I pay?
All major credit and debit cards. Full payment is due before printing starts.
Can I change my order?
Changes after approval can add cost and time to production.
Are there setup fees?
No. No setup fees and no hidden fees on production orders.
Art and proofs
How should I prepare my art?
300 dpi at the actual print size. PNG, JPG, AI, PSD, EPS, PDF and TIFF all work. Art that isn't print-ready may carry an art fee.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. A proof is emailed for approval before printing, and you can make your own anytime with the Mockup Maker. Slow approvals push the timeline back.
Do you match Pantone colors?
Yes, at no charge. Color changes after the proof is approved can add fees and delays, and results can vary slightly by fabric.
Timing and delivery
What's the turnaround?
7–14 business days after proof approval and payment. Need it by a specific date? Say so in your quote request.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes. A rush fee may apply depending on timing.
How does shipping work?
Shipping and handling are paid by the customer unless a promotion says otherwise. We're not responsible for carrier delays.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Report it within 72 hours. We recommend ordering a few extra to cover the standard 2% damage allowance. Garment manufacturing defects, placement variance up to a quarter inch, and treated or dyed garments aren't counted as misprints.
